Refunds & Returns

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately all returned orders have to be disposed due to government health regulations. Therefore, we can only issue a full refund in certain cases. This case occurs when the product is damaged, the wrong product was included in the package, or other problems occur. Nevertheless, a partial refund is always possible.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow 5-­7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-­5 business days).

We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


My order did not arrive, when do I get a refund?

If your order does not arrive within 5 weeks, please get in touch with us ( and we are happy to resolve the problem ASAP.
If your order does not arrive within 8 weeks, you are eligible for a full refund.



What do you do with returned products?

They go directly to makeup heaven AKA the trash! RIP.
